Are you a fulltime writer?
No, but I would love to be a fulltime writer. At the moment I work in construction remodeling houses during the day. In the evenings and weekends is when I spend most of my time writing.
Do you have any hobbies?
Yes, I like to create all forms of art from drawing, painting, playing music, writing music, martial arts, photography, and of course writing novels.
When did you decide to start writing?
Several years ago I came up with an idea for a video game and wanted to see if my friends that were computer programmer's wanted to create it. At the time they had other things going on and instead of letting the idea go to waste, I began to develop the story more which eventually turned into a novel.
Do you listen to music while writing?
Yes, I like to put my headphones on and pick something that fits the scene that I'm writing. It definitely has to be softly in the background and have no words or it will distract me.
What is your favorite topic to write about?
I grew up writing music and poems, but now I mostly like writing Fantasy. I do have a few other ideas that I have written down but have not started. My main goal it to finish the Curse of Crowns series as quickly as possibly.
Where do you get your ideas from?
From a very young age I have always had a creative imagination. Most of the time my mind is so creative I don't even know what's going to come out. Even I get surprised by it. When I sit down to write, I play some soft music and write down the scene that is playing over and over in my mind.
